Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your account in Yoria, the AI character companion app developed by VisionTap, and what happens to your data when you do. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your Yoria account at any time, directly in the app:
- Open Yoria.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Can't sign in? Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to your account, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your Yoria account and request account deletion. We will verify your request and delete the account on your behalf.
What is deleted, and what is kept
When you delete your Yoria account:
- Deleted immediately and permanently — your account, profile information, chat history, Letters, favorites, and intimacy (relationship) data. This deletion cannot be undone.
- Retained for a limited period — purchase and transaction records are kept only for the minimum period required by law for financial and tax compliance, then deleted.
- Anonymous data — aggregated, anonymized usage statistics are not linked to your identity and may be retained.
